B2B Partner Service Model Credits

B2B Partner Service Model credits are subtracted from your pre-paid account balance after technical service is completed over the phone, via remote support or at your site. The number of credits used will depend on the promptness at which you need onsite support and the time it takes to complete the service request. We will provide a monthly report so you can keep track of the number of credits used, how they were spent during the month and how many credits are left in your account.
